Animation Resounds
An action scene from season 3 of World Trigger. The fast movement contrasting with the intensity of the shots makes for a very exciting setpiece. I worked to bring as much of the details as possible out of the animation, like the bullets ricocheting off the shield.

A slightly gruesome scene of an ambush by a supernatural creature. This one is from Bakemonogatari. The animation really sells how hard he is getting hit, so I matched that with punchy impacts and sounds of bones snapping.
A character introduction from the game Guilty Gear Strive. This character has very expressive movement, which was fun to add sound to. Her interactions with the bird are very reminiscent of a Disney princess character, which is a strong contrast with her storyline as a living weapon.

This scene is from Bakemonogatari. It shows a human possessed by a cat spirit being attacked by a vampire. The vampire’s movements are extremely fast with a lot of flips and other acrobatic moves. It made for a very fun challenge to accentuate all of this movement, while also making the cuts between each shot feel intentional and distinct.

This is a resound I did of the first level of the game Celeste. This involved creating sound effects for multiple surface types and movement options available in this game. I also wrote 3 pieces of music for this, level select, the main level theme, and Theo’s theme. All of this was placed into the game using FMOD for audio integration.
